Jake is the founder and director of Make It Personal. Having spent years working across a variety of businesses, startups, and creative projects, he developed hands-on experience in product design, sourcing, e-commerce, and marketing.
Like many entrepreneurs, Jake was constantly full of new ideas and often found himself moving from one business concept to the next. Following an ADHD diagnosis, he gained a better understanding of how he works best and was able to channel his creativity, energy, and focus into building Make It Personal.
As a self-taught businessman, Jake now leads the company with a deep understanding of the personalisation industry, combining technical expertise with a passion for creating meaningful, custom-made products. From laser engraving and UV printing to product development and customer experience, he is involved in every aspect of the business.
What Jake enjoys most is that no two days are ever the same. Whether he is designing new products, testing new equipment, sourcing materials, or helping customers bring their ideas to life, there is always a new challenge to tackle.
Outside of work, Jake is a proud family man, a keen supporter of Brighton & Hove Albion, and a lover of Turkish food. His commitment to quality, creativity, and personal service is at the heart of everything Make It Personal creates.
